In your purchases online you have 48 hours to return your product.
The shipping costs of the products, which are to be exchanged or returned, will be borne exclusively on account of the Client and in no case Amenities Pack will accept returns sent to freight due.
All returns must be made in their original packaging and the product must be unused and in perfect condition. Once the products have been received, Amenities Pack will verify that they are in good condition and will ask the corresponding Credit Entity to proceed to back the charge on the credit card.
